Chocolate Muffin-cake

Woke up super early on a sunday...therefore decided to do a little baking so i could bring some snack to work on weekdays.

It is a recipe i have for a long time to make a simple chocolate cake, but i decided to pour the batter into my muffin mold cause i think it will be fun and bringing it to work will be way easier!

Ingredients are simple:
100g chocolate (to be melted later on)
100g margerine
100g sugar
90g flour
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC.
2. Melt chocolate and margerine. i did that in an oven since my chocolate is the easy-melt kind from nestle
3. Combine eggs and sugar and beat till foamy.
4. Add melted choc + margerine combo
5. Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
6. Add flour + baking powder mix little by little into rest of the batter.
7. Stir well.
8. Bake for 45 minutes!

We got this super strong oven at home, therefore instead of baking for the suggested time of 45 minutes, i baked them for only 30 minutes.

I made 8 chocolate muffin-cakes with this recipe and each of them is really HUGE too! Well, i guess they can be separated into more molds to make smaller ones too!

I am never good in baking, but i really think this is a success! The insides are quite dense but very soft and the fact that i didnt microwave the choc + margerine combo too well actually ends up as quite a nice suprise!

Now it seems like i added some chocolate chips into the mix. hehehe!!!
